The first residential apartments of the global hotel brand St. Regis, which will be located in the Belgrade Tower within the Belgrade Waterfront complex, will open by 2020, announced Satya Anand, COO of the biggest world chain for Europe.
Anand visited Belgrade on Friday, November 17, 2017, in order to present the brand apartments project The Residencies at The St. Regis Belgrade. He told Tanjug that the Belgrade Tower will contain 220 apartments, that is, residential units, and 190 hotel rooms of this brand.
The residencies of this hotel brand, a part of the biggest global hotel chain, Marriott, will be located on floors 14-39 of the Belgrade Tower.
