Cement factory "Titan" to sell hotel "Skrapež" in Kosjerić - public invitation announced for collecting of bids

Cement factory "Titan" and the Commission of the Municipal Council of Kosjerić have announced public invitation for collecting written bids for sale of facilities of the cement factory.

Privatization Agency allowed "Titan" to sell facilities for catering, tourism and trade four years before deadline. These facilities were privatized together with the technology line for production of cement.

The cement factory will put the money it gets from the sale of these facilities in the municipal budget in order to invest it in development programs aimed at employment and stimulation of agricultural production.

Hotel "Skrapež" in the city center, which has useful surface of 3,500 square meters, restaurant with 300 seats, coffee shop with 100 seats, 16 one-bed rooms, 8 three-bed rooms, two suites, balconies, pastry shop and conference hall, will also be offered for sale at the starting price of 53,600,000 RSD.

Starting price for the bakery, which was built 12 years ago at 463 square meters and has the capacity of 5,000 breads per eight hours on semi-automatic line "Minel", is 15,600,000 RSD.

Future buyers of the hotel and bakery will also be obliged not to change the purpose of these facilities within next five years.

The new owner should also be found for restaurant "Park", at 302 square meters, which was renovated 12 years ago. Starting price for that facility is 12,400,000 RSD, while the starting price for "Bife" in Kneza Miloša Street amounts to 480,000 RSD.

The bids will be opened on October 16, which will be followed by selection of the most favorable bidders.
