Energoinvest Group buys land at Block 61 for RSD 220 million
(The parcel on the corner of the Vojvodjanska Street and the Dr Ivana Ribara Street) Energoinvest Group bought the land on the corner of the Vojvodjanska Street and the Dr Ivana Ribara Street in New Belgrade for close to RSD 220 million at the auction held on Friday, November 3, 2017, at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency.
Aside from the price of the bought land, the investor obliges to pay the building land development contribution in the process of acquiring the building permit, the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency announced.
The 5,913-m2 location is planned to be a mixed city center in the zone allowing for facilities with a higher number of floors, on which commercial and residential facilities may be built.
The starting price for the expropriation of the building land was determined based on the market value estimate performed by the Administration of Public Revenues and amounted to RSD 37,155.72 per square meter of land. As only one bidder had been registered at the auction, the land was sold at the starting price of RSD 219,701,772.36.
