Construction of complex for automobile and motorcycle races at 85 ha in Surčin - "Belgradoring" ?

According to the Spatial plan of the city borough of Surčin, the zone for "sport-recreation complex" has been defined in Bečmen and it's just been activated for construction of a large complex for automobile and motorcycle racing. The city borough of Surčin is in the process of selection of the partner for this project and that partner is going to get the complex at 85.4 ha in the western part of Bečmen on period of 99 years.

During the next three years, the investor will have automobile and motorcycle racing and training tracks built on this space, as well as facilities for numerous accompanying contents for catering, recreation, shopping, entertainment..., while Belgrade will get the space intended only for this exceptionally attractive offer.
