Belgrade to become center of film industry in region - new film complex in Surčin

The Spatial Plan of City Borough of Surčin, which was designed by Belgrade-based CEP, creates the opportunities for numerous investments in this borough. One of the most significant investments is recently announced construction of facilities for film postproduction and film laboratories, which will be built on the building parcel in Progar, at 31,942 square meters.

The parcel is situated in the north of the borough of Surčin and future facilities will be separated by a canal from the Bojčin forest.

The complex will be built within 3 years from the day the Contract is signed, and the representatives of the borough have decided that the future investor will be enabled to rent this space on period of 99 years.
