Azmont gets building permit for Kumbor marina – Number of docks at Portonovi resort 225
The Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro has issued the building permit to Azmont Investments for the construction of a nautical tourism port within the Portonovi resort in Kumbor, Radio Jadran reports.
The decision states that the nautical tourism port consists of five segments – the main terminal, the town wharf, the northern seacoast section and the southern and the northern branch.
The port contains the collection facility of the marina, with 1.1 thousand square meters of gross area, a gas station, a substation, a shelter, a head office building with 342 square meters and entrance control. The permit enables the construction of the port in stages, and the investor is obliged to prepare the main plan.
The marina is supposed to have 225 docks.
Rashad Aliyev, CEO of Azmont Investments, stated earlier that the company had invested EUR 221 million in Portonovi since its entrance to the Montenegrin market in 2012.
