Building of "Yugoexport" in Belgrade for sale on September 23 - starting price is 162.6m RSD

Privatization Agency will offer the building of "Yugoexport" in the center of Belgrade for sale on September 23rd, 2008, at the starting price of 162.6m RSD.

The building has 508 square meters of useful surface and its address is 23 Majke Jevrosime Street.

All potential buyers interested in participation in the auction should pay the deposit in amount of 65m RSD. "Yugoexport" is in bankruptcy since June 2001 due to its debts to banks.

The major part of the property of "Yugoexport" was sold on the auction in November 2007 for total of 1.4 billion RSD. The most expensive was the building in Knez Mihailova Street. Its starting price was 271.3m RSD and it was sold for 1.27 billion RSD.
