The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has advertised the sale of the city-owned building land in the Mihaila Bulgakova Street in Mirijevo.
The parcel in question has 1,936 m2 and is meant for the construction of a residential building for several families. However, the ad says that the construction of a multi-story collective garage exclusively is also allowed.
The starting price has been determined based on the estimate of the market value, conducted by the Secretariat for Public Revenues of the City of Belgrade, and amounts to RSD 25,855,396.16. As the price exceeds the amount of RSD 1.2 million, it can be paid either all at once or in 12 monthly installments at the most.
The bid submission deadline is October 24, 2017, whereas the public bidding is to be held the next day at the premises of the Agency.
Deposit payment in the amount of 10% of the starting price is a requirement for taking part in the bidding.
