B23 Office Park up for sale – New Belgrade complex with heliport seeking new owner
The famous building with a heliport on the roof, at the corner of the Antifasisticke Borbe St. (formerly the Proleterske Solidarnosti St.) and the Arsenija Carnojevica Blvd. in New Belgrade, also known as B23 Office Park, is looking for a new owner.
The bankruptcy trustee of Beta-23 d.o.o. has put the company up for sale as a legal entity. The property of Beta-23 consists of the said office building (under construction) the accompanying equipment and supplies, as well as claims, according to the evaluation study.
According to the Business Registers Agency, Beta-23 is 100% owned by Verano Motors Belgrade in bankruptcy.
Let us remind that the ambitiously conceived edifice in New Belgrade, the construction of which was initiated by the investor, Verano, back in 2008, has been empty and unfinished for years now. Last autumn, it was announced that “the fate of the project is unknown”, and there were previously allegations that the sale of the entire complex was being planned.
Information on the initial stage of the project and the design of the complex can be found HERE.
As stated in the said ad, the starting price of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity amounts to EUR 26.475 million. The public auction is scheduled for October 23, at 2 p.m, at the premises of Banca Intesa at 76 Milentija Popovica St. in New Belgrade.
More details on the terms and the manner of purchase can be found HERE.
