"Delta" confirmed - bid for "Zagrepčanka" prior to August 29

Company "United Europe ulaganja", property of Serbian "Delta", has purchased the tender documentation for Croatian "Zagrepčanka" and it will submit the bid prior to the deadline, that is, August 29.

Croatian "Jutarnji list" writes that "Delta" expressed interest in buying half of "Zagrepčanka", which owns 100,000 square meters of space.

Public opening of bids will be organized on August 29th.
