Polish GTC buys Belgrade Business Center complex
(Illustration) The Polish company Global Trade Center (GTC) has become the owner of the Belgrade Business Center complex, SeeNews reports.
The Belgrade Business Center owns 17,900 square meters of gross area for rent and 307 parking spaces, GTC said on Thursday, August 31, 2017. The details of the financial agreement are not yet known.
The Serbian portfolio of GTC will be increased to 98,400 of gross area for rent with the purchase of the Belgrade Business Center, continuing to strengthen the company’s position in the Serbian market, the Polish company said.
– The Belgrade Business Center will strengthen our income by over EUR 3 million (USD 3.55 million) annually, with additional potential for a growth of the net value of the property – stated CEO Thomas Kurzmann, as reported by SeeNews.
In addition to Serbia, GTC is active in Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria.
