Delta is buying shopping mall in Varna at Black Sea

Delta Holding is continuing its expansion in the region, and this time the company purchased a shopping mall in Varna on the Black Sea.

As announced, purchase agreement will be signed Monday, September 4, between directors of Delta Real Estate and AP Investment from Sofia.

Delta, to remind, so far, has built Delta City shopping mall in Belgrade and Podgorica, Delta Park in Kragujevac, and strategically expanded its business to the region, and in June this year it started construction of the shopping mall in Banja Luka .
