"Park City" in Novi Sad - business center at 45,000 square meters

Colliers International Serbia and the Dutch company Vondel Capital have announced a major mixed use development in the city of Novi Sad in the province of Vojvodina. It follows the recent opening of Colliers International Serbia’s Novi Sad office.

Park City is a mixed-use project, consisted of four buildings with a residential part of 29,000 m2, office space of 6,000 m2 and retail space of 12,000 m2. The Dutch investors Vondel Capital, have also planned some 320 parking spots – spread across 11,000 m2 of parking space. In total, Park City will have some 45,000 m2 of total build-up area.



Jovica Jakovac, Managing Director of Colliers International Serbia, said, “This is a landmark project for Novi Sad in a key location that we believe will play a major part in the city’s future.
