Second tender for sale of "Genex" hotels in Kopaonik - 23 millions EUR minimum price

Agency for privatization has published today (July, 31st, 2008) second tender for sale of "Genex" hotels in Kopaonik. "Grand" hotel of 18.237 sqm, "Suncani vrhovi" of 29.635 sqm, 102 apartment units of 2.743 sqm and "Zvrk" restaurant are being sold for a minimum of 23 millions EUR.

The right for participation have all corporate entities present at international market, with a brand of at least 4 stars and with a minimum of 10 hotels in this category.

The buyer will have three obligations - to keep the present purpose of both hotels and apartments for another 10 years, to improve them into 4 stars accomodation within 3 years time, and to keep present purpose of apartments used by employees in the next 3 years.

Also, by the minimum social program, each tender participant has to accept the request and take under 253 employees in these hotels.

Sumbission of offers is due by September, 22nd, at 4:30 p.m.
