Vlade Divac to have large residential-business center built in Kragujevac

Vlade Divac intends to have a large business-residential facility in Kragujevac's settlement Stara Kolonija where Israeli "Plaza" will soon start construction of a trade-business center at 60,000 square meters.

According to the words of Nebojša Vasiljević, a member of the City Council of Kragujevac, the building lot at 1.5 ha has been recently bought by company "Nelt", owned by Vlade Divac.

Vasiljević said that the attractive location had been sold at price of 36,000 EUR per ar. The surface of the facility whose construction will be financed by Divac is 36,000 square meters. According to the first information, the construction should commence at the beginning of year 2009.
