Two construction lots in Novi Beograd-based Block 53 under hammer

(Lots offered to buyers) The Directorate for construction land and construction of Belgrade announced public auction for the sale of construction land in Novi Beograd-based Block 53 for two separate construction lots on 21.058 m2 and 32.822 m2.

Mentioned lots are comprised within the Plan of detailed regulation for trade zone Highway in Novi Beograd, Zemun and Surcin which comprises construction of facilities in function of business-production or commercial-office purpose and additional infrastructure.

Allowed height for facilities is maximum 18m, and only for some parts it can reach up to 24 m.

The initial land price for the first lot totals RSD 213.862.942 and RSD 333.336.949 for the second one.

Public auction will be held July 19 while deadline to deliver offers ends a day earlier.
