Poseidon Group announces construction of Capitol Park Leskovac - Fall 2018 to see the opening

The plot of 16,500 sqm where the park will be built is situated in the wider city centre, at the junction of 28.marta and Strahinjica Bana streets. It benefits from being located next to a densely populated residential zone and access to the E75 highway.

-Capitol Park Leskovac will be Poseidon’s fourth retail park in Serbia. It will bring around 100 jobs to the local community in the construction phase and a further 150 upon opening, said the company’s Corporate Affairs Director James Gunn.

Construction will start in spring 2018 for opening in the autumn.

Capitol Park Leskovac will include nine units with a total lettable area of 8,320 sqm. It will be the first modern shopping facility in the city and its first retail park. The park will focus on providing modern retail and leisure opportunities for families in Leskovac.

Capitol park Leskovac will offer a mix of international and well-known local brands adjusted to shoppers’ needs. A major food hypermarket, fashion shops for adults and children, sports goods and home furnishing and decoration will provide future visitors with a complete shopping experience, it was added in the announcement.
