Facility of "Investbanka" on auction on June 26 - four buyers for holiday hostel in Grocka

The holiday hostel of Investbanka in Grocka, which is situated on the Smederevo road, next to the Danube, will soon get the new owner. The auction sale is schedulled for tomorrow (June 26, 2008). Starting price is about 1.2m EUR. So far, the documentation has been bought by four potential buyers.

By the way, "Investbanka" is in bankruptcy, and future buyer will get the facility at 818 square meters, as well as very attractive land on the Danube.

The looks of the settlement where the holiday hostel of Investbanka is settled is not especially regulated in the plans of Municipality of Grocka. That automatically means that the future owner will be able to have business centers and facilities, warehouses and family-residential building bult on that land.

Trade union of financial organizations, which is in dispute with the National Bank of Serbia for several years because "the state confiscated the stocks that the workers were buying from their own funds", will try to stop the sale of the holiday hostel.
