City of Belgrade to sell 2,400 m2 of land meant for construction of top standard buildings – Starting price of Savski Venac parcel around RSD 226 million
The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has placed an ad for the public bidding for the purpose of expropriation of building land owned by the City.
The subject of the expropriation is the building land in the Banjickih Zrtava Street, Municipality of Savski Venac, with 2,408 m2, registered as public property of the City.
According to the Regulation Plan of the area the land is located in, it is meant for top standard residential buildings, with a low floor area ratio, a high degree of privacy, characteristic gardens and valuable architectural solutions. The construction of pools, sports courts, glass houses, fountains, porches, auxiliary buildings and garages is also allowed.
The starting price for the expropriation of the land is around RSD 226 million. Applications are submitted to the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency by June 8, 2017, at 3:30 pm, whereas the public bidding is to be held at the same address on June 9, 2017, at 12 o'clock.
