NEPI gets building permit for shopping mall Promenada in Novi Sad

(Future look of the facility) The City Administration of Novi Sad has issued the building permit for the first phase of the construction of the shopping mall Promenada in Novi Sad, whose investor is NEPI Real Estate Project One.

Promenada, eagerly awaited by the people of Novi Sad, will be located on the corner of the Cara Lazara Blvd and the Oslobodjenja Blavd. As reported earlier, this investment is worth around EUR 100 million, and it should provide jobs for 1,500 people.

NEPI bought the building parcel of around 33,000 m2 for around RSD 3.7 billion.

The conceptual design was authored by the design studio Djordje Bajilo Architects, based on the solution by HBRO Romania and HB Design & Handels GMBH Austria, entered at the architectural competition.

The decision on issuing the building permit was reached on April 27, 2017.
