Capital of company "Vrujci" for sale - auction on July 11

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that the package of 35.2% of stocks of Catering company "Vrujci" from Mionica will be offered for sale on the auction on July 11.

Starting price of the package is 85.7m RSD and, according to the tender, that company owns Hotel "Vrujci", restaurant "Mišić", tennis, basketball and football playground and three swimming pools, and the estimated value of the property that will be privatized is 357.2m RSD.

Deadline for submission of applications is July 3, 2008, while the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 42.9m RSD.

Company "Vrujci" has 94 workers, 6 of whom are faculty graduates. The company realized incomes in amount of 102.9m RSD in 2007, while the total expenses amounted to 112.4m RSD.
