"Tehnicom Construction" started construction of apartment-business complex worth 30m EUR in Stara Pazova

The first dredges have started to flatten the terrain on the location at surface of about 5 ha in Stara Pazova where company "Tehnicom Construction" from Belgrade plans to build sports-business center at 30,000 square meters within three years, in the construction of which 30m EUR will be invested.

According to the words of the CEO of the Belgrade company, Dejan Perišić, that will be the center for shopping, recreation and stay, since this complex will have multifunctional contents.

In addition to two swimming pools, one Olympic pool and the other intended for children, the sports center will also have a bawling room, mini golf courts, playroom for kids and other contents. Daily capacity of the recreation center is 1,800 visitors and they will have 600 parking spaces at their disposal.

What is especially attractive is the project for construction of hotel with the capacity of 160 rooms (300 beds) intended mainly for businessmen, as well as for tourists.

Construction of multifunctional facility with multiplex cinema and conference center with 5 halls, for meetings and conferences by day and for movie projections by night, is also in the pipeline.

The hotel complex will include business center, two bars, tennis, basketball and handball fields. In three years, a shopping center will be built next to the hotel, as well as several restaurants with national cuisines of European countries.
