"Delta City" declared Project of the Year in field of retail trade in southeast Europe

- The first shopping mall in Serbia, "Delta City", has been declared the Project of the Year in field of retail trade in southeast Europe at the annual ceremony organized by "Europaproperty.com" - "Delta Holdinga" announced.

One of the most respectable European media, "Europaproperty.com", which deals with real estate market in Europe, explained that the awards for year 2007 had been granted on the basis of "contribution to the development of the market, quality of services, innovations and achieved success".

- "Delta City" has won a significant award, but what is also very important to us is the fact that it registered record number of visitors and set new standards in field of retail trade in Serbia - said the CEO of "Delta Real Estate", Dejan Racić.

He added that the company represented the leader in real estate business in the region and that it worked on implementation of another two large projects.

- The project that will be implemented in Serbia is "Delta Planet", which will represent a regional shopping mall, while the second project - "Delta City" Podgorica, will be implemented in Montenegro and opened in autumn - said he.
