The Israeli company BIG Shopping Centres will open a shopping mall at 84 Visnjicka Street on April 20, as has been confirmed for eKapija.
Belgrade’s newest shopping mall will be built on the location of the former Sport Star factory. It will have an area of 61,000 m2, of which 32,300 m2 as three-level retail space, providing a view to the Danube.
The construction of the shopping mall, which was supposed to be called Visnjicka Plaza, was initiated by the Dutch company Plaza Centers. They sold the facility to BIG Shopping Centres in February 2017, and the new shopping mall will be called BIG FASHION.
