Beginning of construction of 2nd Usce Business Center tower drawing closer – Investor requiring environmental impact assessment

The company Usce Shopping Centar has requested an environmental impact assessment of the project of the construction of the second tower of the Usce business complex from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, and the interested public will be able to review the contents of the request in the next ten days.

The construction of 22,000 square meters of commercial space of A+ class, along with a two-level underground garage with 750 parking spaces, is planned in the current parking lot location.

As Blic writes, the construction of the Usce 2 tower, the “twin” of one of the tallest facilities in the capital of Serbia, might start soon. The opening should take place in 2019.
