All residential and retail units in GTC's Park Apartments in Block 19 in New Belgrade sold

Colliers International Serbia has completed the sale of all residential and retail units in GTC's Park Apartments complex in Belgrade. Colliers was exclusive sales and leasing agent for the project.

The Park Apartments condominium features 20,000 m2 of residential and retail space, with 181 residential units, 12 retail units and aditional 10,000 m2 including 192 underground garage spaces. Located in New Belgrade, Park Apartments seeks to be a miniature city within the city, with a wide range of housing units, a two level underground parking lot, green central atrium and fitness center. Park Apartments aims to provide a modern concept of living for Belgrade and is located between the streets of Milentija Popovica, Treci bulevar and Vladimira Popovica.

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) was established in Poland in 1994 and today is the leading developer in Central & Eastern Europe. GTC was named CEE Developer of the Year for 2007.
