An Austrian real estate company has started performing initial works on the construction of a 10,000 m2 luxury apartment hotel in the very center of Zlatibor, writes Blic.
The commercial complex will contain office space in the ground section, in addition to apartments.
The Austrians bought 59 ares of land from the Municipality of Cajetina for RSD 172 million for this purpose, i.e. around EUR 27,000 per are. An are costs EUR 40,000 in this zone, but the investors paid 30% less because they paid the entire sum at once.
