"Multicon inženjering" runs reconstruction and supervision of Belgrade's hotel "Metropol" - investment worth 20m EUR

Multicon inženjering has signed the contract with company "Metropol palace" on management of construction and supervision of reconstruction of hotel Metropol.

The subject of the contract is reconstruction of the entire hotel and construction of annex, at total surface of 30,000 square meters.

Future hotel "Metropol palace", in which 20m EUR will be invested, contains 195 rooms, presidential suite, two congress halls with total of 1,500 seats and top-quality wellness center.

The reconstruction will include thorough organization of rooms with new contents.

Projected deadline for completion of works is April 2009.
