Naftna Industrija Srbije has invited interested parties to take part in the real estate (facilities and land) sales auction to be held on February 24 in Novi Sad.
The offer includes land, warehouses, business premises, restaurants and gas stations – a total of 18 lots throughout Serbia – in Novi Sad, Knjazevac, Krivaja, Nis, Kostolac, Zrenjanin, Kikinda, Pancevo, Paracin, Subotica, Velika Plana...
As stated, the mandatory part of the auction documentation includes a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the starting price of the item in question.
The final bid submission deadline is February 20.
