"El golf" to have golf and cricket course built in Surčin - reprimands of other participants in competition rejected

- The main investor for construction of golf and cricket courts in village of Bečmen will be company "El golf", since the reprimands of other participants in the open competition have been rejected - said Vojislav Janošević, Mayor of Surčin.

Janošević said that the Municipal Committee had made the decision on the basis of which the objections made by companies "Golden golf" and "Bromont inženjering", the second-ranked and the third-ranked bidders on the open competition for construction of golf and cricket courts in Surčin, about 25 km away from the Belgrade's City, had been rejected.

- All complaints submitted to us, regarding the winner on the open competition, company "El golf", are unfounded. Namely, these companies suspect that "El golf" did not submit proxy and did not buy tender documentation, which is not true, so that the aforementioned company will remain the main investor - said Janošević.

The offer of "El golf" for construction of golf and cricket courts in Bečmen is worth 26m EUR. Construction should commence within four years. Construction of hotel complex, apartments and commercial facilities at 300 ha is also in the pipeline... The value of the whole project ranges between 300 and 500m EUR.
