Damir Dokic selling Fruska Gora property worth EUR 1.8 million

Damir Dokic, father of tennis player Jelena Dokic, is selling his property on Fruska Gora at the price of EUR 1.8 million. He said for Blic that he had put his property up on sale as he felt he was growing old.

The property has an area of 18 hectares, the house has 540 m2 of surface, with a surrounding area of five hectares. The house contains six rooms, five bathrooms, a sauna, a gym, a billiard room, three garages and three balconies.

The entire property is equipped with a lightning system and also contains a fish pond, a tennis court and a wine and brandy cellar with 40 meters of length, a stall with a pen and four horse boxes.

The offer includes an orchard of 13.5 hectares with a protected geographical indication. The entire property is sold in one piece.
