Luka Beograd is selling property - Office buildings, land, warehouses, silo under hammer

Luka Beograd released a tender for the sale of certain assets of the company, as well as the assets of the first and second group of related entities - Drum Creek doo, Luka petrol doo, Gizmal ltd Cyprus is selling a stake in Deluta Ltd. Beograd, illegal buildings that are in the process of legalization at CM Stari grad.

Among the most valuable units offered there is land on Bubanj potok, which is sold at the starting price at EUR 5.7 m, then building of business services - warehouse Sava (EUR 1.4 m), as well as the building of business services in Palilula (EUR 1.2 m).
