New sale of Zajaca mine at Loznica - Price falls to RSD 160 m

Trustee in bankruptcy announced new sale of debtor Koncern Farmakom MB, Sabac – rudnici i topionica ad Zajaca in bankruptcy as legal entity through public auction.

The most valuable asset of the company is land in Zajacar near Loznica, administrative buildings, plant, laboratory, etc.

The starting price is RSD 160,000,000.00 and deposit totals 117,144,085.00.

In April this yer, the initial price of that legal entity totaled RSD 200 m.

Public auction will be held December 22, 2016.

Deadline for applications is December 12, 2016.
