The Public Enterprise for Construction and Development of Novi Sad has put up two parcels of around 4,000 m2 in North Zone 2 on sale.
The first parcel (4,070 m2) is offered at the starting price of RSD 25,075,270, and the second one (4,022 m2) at the starting price of RSD 24,779,542. The public bidding will be held on December 21 at the PE’s premises at 3 Stevana Branovackog. The application will take place a day earlier, on December 20, from 9 am till 2 pm.
According to the planning documents, the parcels are meant for “work activities in the area of tertiary and secondary economy sectors”.
The area is connected to the gas system.
