"Immo Industry Group" (IIG) doubled growth of operations in 2007 - large projects announced in 2008

"Immo Industry Group" (IIG), leading European company in field of industrial property adapted to the needs of the clients, which is also present in our country, has announced that it doubled the growth of its business in 2007.

People from IIG say that even larger growth is planned for year 2008, with 19 challenging projects that are in the implementation phase and about 40 active projects whose implementation is expected by the end of the year. In the same period, this company plans to open 10 new local offices in Russia, Azerbeijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Lithuania and Turkey.

In last couple of years, company IIG has built a strong reputation of the leading European company in field of "smart" industrial properties adapted to the needs of the clients, in both independent projects and in field of development of industrial parks.

Strategic move of company IIG was partnership with Russian "Rostik Group", the corporation that operates in field of restaurants and real estates and one of the 100 best Russian companies on the Forbs' list. Joint venture, ImmoRosIndustry (IRI), will include the package of vertically integrated and profitable solutions in field of real estates in Russia and CIS (The Commonwealth of Independent States) into its offer.

IIG je otvorila svoje predstavnišvo u Srbiji 2006. godine, u kojim rukovodi 10 menadžera, koji su trenutno angažovani na izgradnji industrijskog parka na površini od 11 hektara, 30 km severozapadno od Beograda, duž auto-puta E75.
