City of Belgrade selling 12.4 ha of building land in Ovca, Batajnica and Banjica – Total starting price RSD 796.4 million

The auction and opening of bids for locations in Ovca, Batajnica and Banjica will be carried out at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency this week, when the deadline for the submission of bids for the purchase of a total of 12.4 ha of building land in the public ownership of the City of Belgrade expires. The total starting price of the land is RSD 796.4 million.

The first opening of bids for the disposal of land meant for the construction of a commercial complex in Ovca with an area of 2.7. ha will take place on September 20. The parcel allows for the construction of a complex with the area of nearly 54,000 square meters.

The starting price for the disposal of the building land at this location in RSD 71,866,292.19, i.e. RSD 2,643.99 per square meter, according to the evaluation performed by the Tax Administration of the City of Belgrade.

The opening of bids for 7.5 ha of land near the Batajnica interchange, planned for commercial activities, is on the agenda of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency for Friday, September 23.

The land allows for the construction of a facility with 44,656.80 square meters, and the starting amount the investors need to offer in RSD 657,589,987.00, i.e. RSD 8,835.24 per square meter, as evaluated by the Tax Administration.

The public bidding for the disposal of the parcel in Vozdovac, next to Bastovanska St. in Banjica, with an area of 2,296 square meters, planned for sports facilities, will take place on the same date, reports Beoinfo.

The investors will start the auction with the amount of RSD 67,140,817.76, which is what the Tax Administration has estimated the market price of the land to be. The winner at the auction will be able to build a sports complex with content entailing both open and closed facilities.
