Immofinanz to open Belgrade office on September 14

Immofinanz will officially open a Belgrade office on Wednesday, September 14.

The grand speech at the ceremony will be delivered by Dietmar Reindl, COO of the Austrian company, which deals in investments and development in the area of real estate. Immofinanz is constantly working on expanding its successful retail chain.

In Serbia, they are best known for their STOP SHOP brand, a retail park brand in Central and Eastern Europe.

The company primarily focuses on retail, office and logistics segments in eight main regional markets in Europe: Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Moscow. The company owns a real estate portfolio worth EUR 5.5 billion, which encompasses more than 380 items.
