"Colliers International" to open new office in Podgorica

"Colliers International", the largest international real estate consulting company in southeast Europe, opened the new office in Podgorica, Montenegro, on February 11, 2008 (the company is active in Montenegro since 2000).

By the way, "Colliers International Southeast Europe" won the award for the Real Estate Adviser of the year in the region in 2006 and 2007. It has nine offices in six countries - Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro and Serbia, and it deals with the selected tasks in Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYR Macedonia and on Cyprus.

- "Colliers International Southeast Europe" currently has 2,500 square meters of projects under exclusive representation. It is bigger than all four closest competitors together and it has average growth of 69% on annual basis during the past five years.

"Colliers International Southeast Europe" had very important role in the development of the largest projects and the projects that define the markets in the countries where it operates, such as Business Park Sofia, Airport "Nikola Tesla" in Belgrade and TC "Avenue" in Zagreb.
