No bidders for land at Autokomanda – New sale to be called soon

There are no investors interested in the purchase of attractive building land at Autokomanda, meant for the construction of commercial complexes, shopping malls or hotels, eKapija learns at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency.

The deadline for the submission of bids expired on August 15, with no bids having been submitted for the disposal of the plot of land (4179 CM Vozdovac).

Structures of up to four floors (plus a ground floor) of a maximum 17,978 m2 of surface can be built on the parcel.

The starting price of the land was around RSD 837 million (EUR 6.9 million).

There were speculations that Delta Holding was interested in buying the parcel, as the company owns the plot of land next to the one in question.

Delta said at the time that the Delta Planet project could be realized on the parcels it already owned.

– By adding a third one, the one that has been put up on sale, the location would be made more complete, which would enable the existing capacities to be used more efficiently. This would be beneficial to the project, but it isn't necessary – Delta stated in its written response to Politika.

The plot of land of 6,421 m2 of surface will be ready for the disposal once again in the period ahead – the Agency points out.
