Israel's Aviv Arlon building retail park in Pozarevac – Project to be completed by late 2017
The Israeli company Aviv Arlon continues to invest in the retail sector. The company has announced the construction of another Aviv Park, this time in Pozarevac.
After eight years of successful investments in the local market and the construction of Aviv Parks in Pancevo, Zrenjanin and Belgrade, the company has decided to continue developing and building similar projects in other cities.
The construction of a 15,000 m2 retail area on 6 ha of land is planned in the first stage of the project, and the works should start next spring. As has been the case so far, the company expects the works to be completed quickly, so the plan is to complete the project in late 2017.
Aviv Park Pozarevac will be conceptually similar to the existing Aviv Parks and will offer similar content, so that an excellent offer and a great selection of international and local brands, a large hypermarket, clothing and footwear stores, restaurants and coffee shops will be available to the people of Pozarevac. The defining characteristic of all Aviv Parks are active participation in the local community and intensive marketing and entertainment activities which set it apart from most similar projects.
The local market has proven to be very receptive to the concept of retail parks, as it fits well with the needs of the local market regarding both the location and the selection of brands. By honoring the basic principles on which the development of the project is founded, especially taking into consideration the ratio between the quality of the brands on offer and the prices, the company continues to invest in the development of similar projects, of which the next one is planned in Pozarevac.
– There's a great interest among lessees which have been a part of our projects for several years now, so the letters of intention have been signed with the hypermarket and the leading international fashion brands and we will soon sign a lease agreement – stated Nir Sar, the director of Aviv Arlon Serbia.
Sar added that the company would continue investing in real estate in the retail sector at the same pace, which means that fresh news regarding the company can be expected soon.
