Preparation works for the construction of the second Lidl in Belgrade start

The construction of the Second Lidl supermarket in Belgrade has started. In addition to the construction site in Vojislava Ilica St. in Konjarnik, the construction works have started on the construction site in Centar 5 in Borca, as reported by the Leva Obala Beograda Info portal.

The preparation works are being carried out on the plot of land located in Bratstva i Jedinstva St. at the intersection with Zrenjanin Road in Borca.

As previously announced by the representatives of Lidl, their idea is to open all their supermarkets in Serbia simultaneously.

Lidl is one of the most successful supermarket chains in Europe, where it has over 9,000 stores.
