Medivet premises in Zrenjanin for sale – Italians demanding EUR 800,000
The former premises of Medivet in Zrenjanin have been looking for a new owner for some time now. The current owner, an Italian company, has put the 2,500 m2 premises, at a good location and including a parking lot, up on sale at the price of EUR 800,000.
The building is, according to the current owner, arranged and ready for use, and it can serve as a business or storage space. It dates back to 1912 and was designed by the famous architect Ferenc Ceszar.
It was built to be used as a school for the Opovacka neighborhood, and Medivet became its owner after the opening of the school Zarko Zrenjanin.
After the collapse of Medivet, the sale of the company's property started and the building went to a private owner, an Italian company operating in Serbia. There have been attempts to lease it, which have placed it on the list of brownfield investments, but investors in Zrenjanin have mostly preferred greenfield investments.
