New sale of Interspeed property – A shopping mall and several parcels on border checkpoints offered

The trustee in bankruptcy has called a new sale of Interspeed property, which consists of 9 sections. A shopping mall near the Presevo checkpoint has been offered, as have been two parcels at the Belgrade-Nis highway, one in Jagodina, the other in the municipality of Razanj.

Plots of land in Ugrinovci and at the Adasevci-Sid checkpoint on the Belgrade-Zagreb highway are also on offer. Plots of land at Kelebija, Horgos, Batrovci and Batajnica will also be available at the bidding.

The public bidding will take place on September 5.

The company's property has been on sale for years now, and the price of real estate has dropped significantly. The estimated value of the shopping mall in 2013 was as much as RSD 3.4 billion, whereas this year it was estimated at RSD 801 million. The plot of Land near Jagodina is currently estimated at RSD 6 million, and in 2013 its price was RSD 34 million.
