Company "Status" from Loznica offers building parcel in Tršić, of which surface is 1.3 ha, to potential investors. This parcel is intended for construction of hotel complex with ethno-village. As the owner of the company, Zoran Mirković, pointed out, "Status" has the required documentation for construction. He also added that the land was settled next to the Žeravija river, only 300 meters from the Fairgrounds.

The parcel has the shape of amphitheatre. Construction of the hotel complex should be carried out in two phases. The owner has Preliminary project for construction of hotel complex in both phases, as well as completely finished Main project for the first phase of hotel complex. The owner also obtained permits and consents from "Telekom", Plumbing and Sewerage, Power Supply Company Šabac, Ministry of Internal Affairs Šabac, Institute for Preservation of Monuments "Valjevo". The Investment study on economic justification for construction of hotel in Tršić– first phase - has also been finished.

The price of the parcel is 350,000 EUR.
