The database of companies with licenses to design and build
large scale objects, like dams, refineries, thermal power stations, airports
and harbors, and for which building permits are issued by the Ministry of
Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, is available to all investors at www.gradjevinskedozvole.rs
The database contains a list of all designers and contractors with the so called “large” license issued by the Ministry, which is proscribed in the Law on Planning and Construction, announced the Ministry.
The Ministry of Construction will be issuing building permits for objects such as tall dams, airports, harbors, state highways of classes I and II, oil refineries, regional landfills, thermal power stations of over 10 MW, stadiums with over 20,000 spectator seats and others.
In the next stage, the database will become integrated with the software system for the unified electronic procedure, says the announcement.
