Albania more and more interesting to investors - agency "Imperija" expands business to neighboring markets

Real Estate Agency "Imperija" from Budva represented its offer with more than 70,000 real estates at the Investment and Real Estate Trade Fair "BelRe". According to the words of Dragan Nikolić, a representative of that company, "Imperija" expanded its operations to the markets of Croatia, Russia and Albania.

- The offer in Albania is very attractive. Price of the land is lower than the price of land in the neighboring countries, it is much easier to acquire documentation, construction is cheaper and allowed even on the beach - Nikolić explained and added that the real estate market in Albania was about to experience intensive development.

He pointed out that the entrance of foreign capital in Montenegro had resulted in big changes on the real estate market. Price of building land ranges between 50 EUR and 1,500 EUR per square meters, while the price of apartments ranges between 2,000 EUR and 15,000 EUR per square meter.

In addition to real estates, "Imperija" also offers architectural, geodesic and building services, as well as "rent-a-car".
