The
Directorate for Construction Land and Construction of Belgrade released an advertisement
for alienation of publicly-owned city construction
land .
The subject of alienation is land at the corner of Nova and Lola Ribar in Ovca, Palilula municipality on of 27,181 m2 and the location is comprised within "Urban project to build a sports and recreation complex in Ovca ".
The initial price for the area is RSD 90,215,369.86.
Deadline for submission of bids is May 24 .
