Austrian "Grawe Group" opened business building in Belgrade - investment worth 30m EUR

- The facility is situated in New Belgrade, its surface is 15,600 square meters and it is one of the largest investments of "Grawe group" - said Manager of "Grawe Real Estate", Kristof Cetl, at the press conference.

According to his words, it took 2.5 years for the building to be completed. The branch office of "Grawe insurance" will be using 1,200 square meters, while the rest of the office space will be rented. Rental fee ranges between 18 and 23 EUR per square meter.

"Grawe Real Estate" is part of "Grawe concern" and it manages 1,200 real estates of total surface of 1.4m square meters.

"Grawe concern", with the tradition 178 years long, is in insurance, banking and real estate business and it is present in ten countries from the region - Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova and Ukraine.
