Farmakom again sells mines and smelter in Zajaca - Starting price remains unchanged at RSD 200 million
The bankruptcy manager of the concern Farmakom M.B. Sabac - Rudnici i topionica ad Zajaca (JSC Mines and Smelter Zajaca) in bankruptcy from Loznica has issued a new notice of sale of the bankrupt debtor as a juristic person by public auction.
The assets of the bankrupt debtor include movable and immovable property, the most important of which is a land with a total surface of over 470,000 square meters and existing facilities on land lots - production plant, administrative buildings, shop floors, chemical laboratory...
Starting price is set at RSD 200 million, and the required deposit for participation in the sale process is RSD 117,144,085.80.
The deadline to purchase the tender documentation is 10 May 2016, and public auction will be held at 12 noon on 17 May 2016 in the Court of Commerce in Valjevo.
