Milan Beko is selling property at Luka Beograd for the third time - A chance to get app. EUR 19 m

Luka Beograd has announced for the third time the sale of assets of the first group of related entities in order to comply with the prepack plan which has been effective since October 21, 2014.

Assets of Lumaco, Drum Creek,Luka Petrol, Gizmal LTD Cyprus and Deluta as well as part of company assets at Luka Beograd and Belgrade Nova Luka are under hammer. Starting price of property is app. EUR 19 m.

Starting price of Lumaco property is app. EUR 2.143.292, property of Drum Creek is 8,9 m, Luka Petrol EUR 5,716,242 while starting price of the assets of Gizmal LTD Cyprus is a bit less than EUR 50,000.

The owner of Luka Beograd, Milan Beko , is also selling 12 facilities for various purposes, which are in the process of legalization. Also, five illegal buildings owned by Nova Luka are under hammer.

Deadline to submit offers is May 6, 2016.
